For more than 18 years I have worked inside the parts of real estate that clients never see. The files. The deadlines. The trust accounting. The compliance. The follow-up that has to happen at nine at night because nobody else remembered it.
I built Summit Support so the REALTORS® I work with can stop carrying all of it themselves.

I have spent my career being the capable one. The one who finds the missing document, catches the error before it becomes a problem, and holds the moving pieces together so everyone else can focus on what is in front of them.
I know what it feels like when the walls start caving in. Too many files, too many deadlines, too many people needing answers, and not enough structure underneath the work.
What I love about this work is the moment someone realizes they do not have to hold it all anymore. That moment is the whole point. You hand it over, and it is taken care of.
I also know that chaos is not permanent when the right structure gets built.

I have worked across conveyancing, compliance, transaction coordination, listing management, FINTRAC, bookkeeping, trust accounting and brokerage administration, from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, since 2007.
I was Head Conveyancer at Coldwell Banker Executives in Vernon. Before that, I owned and operated a Century 21 brokerage in Castlegar, where I ran the systems, compliance and operations from the inside.
I have worked in property management administration on both the owner and tenant side, and I have built National Safety Code compliance systems from the ground up for a BC business operating commercial vehicles.
I am registered with the Board as an independent contractor and hold my own board-authorized MLS® access.
